Good faith statement

We wanted to take a minute to address the extended wait times for preorders at this time. There have been countless ups and downs that in the past we were able to deal with at that smaller scale. We take the good with the bad because we love this community and everyone that has supported us— past, present and future.

Some scaling issues along with compounding factors with current economics and garment availability/scarcity, particularly tie dyes have bogged down production times, wait times and ship times. we completely understand the frustration with the extended wait times and lack of open communication and accurate ETAs.

On top of that, in early december of 2025 all of our business email accounts had been compromised and we were no longer receiving all correspondence. We were receiving around 1 in every 10-12 emails which we were able to respond to. The communication or lack thereof we are taking full accountability for and will rectify this going forward. We have a new customer service email that is now open, active and ready to receive any outstanding or new inquiries you may have (listed below). we hope as we start to get caught up on preorders that the expected windows may even shrink. This page will also now be updates every other wednesday.

We sincerely appreciate every single one of you that has supported us and are grateful for your understanding during this time. going forward we are removing preorders and large collections (that include hoodies, tie dyes, hats, etc) and are focusing on getting back to the basics and faster turnaround. We hope with the new quick drop format we will be able to get out more, faster. Again, if you have any questions or order inquiries contact us and we will try and respond within 1-2 business days.
