Fulfillment Policies

DELIVERY POLICY

PREORDERS- All of our preorders take between 30—60 days for production. If you have non-preorder items on a preorder sale than ALL items will be shipped once we’ve received in the garments.

NON-PREORDERS- All standard (non-preorder) products will be shipped within 7-14 days. These shipping time may vary based on our event/convention schedule. We try to keep our social media updated to reflect any possible shipping delays.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS- We understand that life circumstances arise and extended waits can be frustrating. We ask for your patience on preorder shipments. However, if you feel dissatisfied or you may request a cancellation. Upon review we may grant your request and process a refund for your purchase. Allow refunds 24-48 hours to process. Processing times are based on your method of payment. We cannot guarantee our response time but will respond ASAP.
